I am Shiba Inu Shorty. Unfortunately, my current owner cannot
take care of me any more, and I am looking for a new home. |

I
was born on July 20, 2001. My breeder is P. Fritz in New Hampshire.
I am not in perfect health right now unfortunately. I have GME
(granulomatous meningoencephalitis), a form of encephalitis.
According to my vet in Boston, 75% of cases are curable with
medication while the rest can relapse. This condition is an immune
mediated disorder, causing an immune response much like would
be caused by a brain tumor. I have been on prednisone. |
